What is your shipping and return policy?

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for details and instructions on how to initiate a return.


How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number where you can track its journey via the courier’s website.


What should I do if there is an issue with my package delivery?

We recommend you contact your courier immediately if you experience a delay or issue with your shipment. If your package is stolen or lost, the shipping carrier will allow you to file a claim directly with them. Sadly, CACTUS is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit, and cannot issue any refund or replacement to your order.


Can I exchange an item that I purchased?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please process a return for the item you do not wish to keep, and place a new order for the desired exchange item.


What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Email us! If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@cactusnyc.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and we will work to get it resolved. 


Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed. We are happy to assist with the return and reorder process of any eligible items once you have received your order.


Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes must be used at the time of purchase and will be applied at checkout. Please note that only one Promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes will not apply to sale items.


The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

We periodically restock selected items on our website. On the product page, click "Notify Me" to sign up to receive an email when the item is back in stock.


How do I care for my products?

Caring for CACTUS is easy. Wash in cold water with like colors and line dry to retain shape. Visit our Sizing & Care page for more information.


When do you release new products?

We do not follow any conventional cycles for product releases. Follow our Instagram and sign up for the mailing list on our website to receive product release updates.


How do your clothes fit?

Our designs are intended to have a relaxed silhouette. You can also visit our Sizing & Care page for more information.


What size clothing do you sell?

We currently offer size 0-24M. We will introduce more sizes in the future.


Do you sell in stores?
