Shipping
We currently ship nationwide to all 50 states in the United States. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and USPS Ground Advantage. Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & federal holidays). Please note that during holidays and peak periods, processing times may exceed 3 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to ship. Delivery time starts when your order has been shipped.
CACTUS is not responsible for any delayed or lost/stolen packages/items during transit. If you do experience a delay or issue with your shipment, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the courier.
Please note that if packages are returned to CACTUS due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return by courier and any redelivery costs back to the customer. CACTUS is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, and those orders will not be refunded. Any packages that are refused or unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded.
Returns
In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we encourage customers to make informed choices when purchasing from CACTUS. If you have questions about our products, sizes, or colors email us at hello@cactusnyc.com before you buy. We want to help you get your order right the first time!
We are happy to offer returns on full-price items purchased on www.cactusnyc.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in salable condition with all tags intact. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging.
All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please follow the return request instructions below:
Email us at hello@cactusnyc.com using the same email you used during checkout. (If returning a gifted item, include the name of the purchaser in the email body)
Include “Return Request - *Your Order Number Here*” in the subject line.
Specify the name, SKU # (you can find this under each product listed in your order confirmation email), and the quantity of the product you’d like to return.
Include a brief reason for your return.
Once your return request has been authorized, we will send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions for your return. Please pack your return securely, in the original packaging, affix the return shipping label to the packaging, and take the package to your nearest drop-off location within 7 calendar days. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown on your package.
Once we receive your returned package, allow up to 5 business days for the return to be inspected and processed. After your return is accepted by our inspection team, a refund will be issued. All refunds, without exception, will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund after the return is approved. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Only one free return label will be provided per order. Additional return requests for the same order can be made but the cost of return shipping and an additional restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that CACTUS reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. If a returned item is rejected and the customer would like the rejected item back, the customer will be responsible to pay back the return label fee as well as redelivery cost to the customer.
Defective Items
We inspect each item carefully to ensure quality before shipping. But if you believe you received a defective item, please contact us at hello@cactusnyc.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a couple of clear images.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you do not wish to keep following the return instructions above, and place a new order for the desired exchange item. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@cactusnyc.com!
